DEI Launch

A diversity policy for wallets. Whales get nothing.

Launch a coin here and its creator rewards are paid out, automatically, to the holders with the smallest wallets.

01 · The privilege ladder

Every holder, ranked by how rich their wallet is.

Real top holders of any PumpFun coin. We price each wallet (its SOL plus the bag), catch wallets secretly funded by one wallet, skip pools, bots and the dev, then show who a DEI Launch payout would reach.

The holder with 0.03 SOL and a small bag gets paid. The holder with 400 SOL gets a polite no.

    03 · Launch

Launch a coin that pays its poorest holders.

Your coin goes live on PumpFun. A new pad wallet is made in this browser and becomes the coin's creator, so it can claim and pay out on its own. You fund it once from your wallet. You keep its key.

Costs real SOL: your first buy plus about 0.03 SOL for PumpFun's fees and accounts. DEI Launch takes nothing.

    04 · Your coins · autopilot

Payouts run themselves while this page is open.

Every 30 minutes the pad claims its creator rewards, re-ranks the holders and pays the poorest. Close the tab and it pauses; open it again and it picks up.

Restore a pad from its backup key

The key stays in this browser. It's checked against the coin's creator before anything runs.

    05 · Receipts

    Check any coin's payouts on-chain.

Every DEI Launch payout is a normal Solana transfer from the coin's creator wallet with a "DEI Launch payout" memo. Paste a coin and see them all.

    Why now

"Woke 3.0" is all over X after midterm night.

Everyone's arguing about DEI. We gave it a job: a launchpad where the rewards go to the wallets with the least.

    06 · $DEILaunch

    The launchpad's own coin.

$DEILaunch is the coin of the launchpad itself. Straight answer: its creator rewards go to the dev who built and runs DEI Launch, like any normal coin. The redistribution is for the coins you launch here.

    07 · Questions

    Fair questions.

Who holds the pad wallet's key?

You. It's made in your browser and saved there. DEI Launch has no server and never sees it. Back it up the moment your coin is live: if you clear your browser without a backup, the pad and its rewards are gone.

    Is it really automatic?

Yes, while this page is open somewhere. The autopilot claims, ranks and pays with the pad's own key, no pop-ups. There's no server running it for you, so a closed tab means paused payouts. Leave it open on a spare laptop and it keeps going.

Can a whale split into 50 tiny wallets and farm it?

That's what the funder check is for. Wallets that got their first SOL from the same wallet count as one, with their worth added up. Wallets made in the last 24 hours are skipped. Wallets funded by the dev are skipped. It's not perfect, but it's a lot harder than splitting a bag.

    How is "poorest" measured?

Wallet worth: the SOL in the wallet plus the value of its bag of your coin. For the wallets about to be paid, we also price every other token they hold, so a wallet sitting on $40k of USDC doesn't sneak in as "poor".

Why only the top 100 holders?

That's what the free public holder list gives (Jupiter). For a new coin that's most of the people holding it. Tiny dust wallets outside it are left out, which also keeps farmers from buying $0.10 to get in line.

    Does $DEILaunch redistribute too?

No. $DEILaunch's creator rewards go to the dev. Only coins launched on this pad pay their poorest holders.

    What does it cost?

Your first buy plus about 0.03 SOL that PumpFun and Solana charge to create a coin. Each payout costs the pad a normal network fee (a fraction of a cent). DEI Launch takes no cut.
